"You know you're a nerd when you run into someone from your role playing club* at the advance screening of The Watchmen"


I saw The Watchmen last night at the midnight showing down at Silvercity. If you want to hear what I think about it, I think it would be best if we sat down and you packed a lunch, because me and movies... I could go on for hours.

Essentially, I had a lot of fun. The soundtrack was amazing, I liked the voiceover narration (YEA, I KNOW, I AM KNOWN FOR MY HATRED OF VOICEOVERS), I think the action sequences were tight and the cinematography was unpretentious: so much to love!
Also, Nhi Do, from my grad class was in it!

Also, funniest sex scene ever, Aileen and I could not. stop. laughing.

Also, if you squint you can pretend that the comedian was played by Robert Downey Jr.

Also, SO MUCH NAKED MAN BUM AND BLUE GLOWING FLACID PENIS.

* I mean role playing as sort of a dungeons and dragons thing, except it's set in 'ancient japan' if there was gender equality and magic powers...not role playing as in a sex thing, I have yet to find a club for that.
